How secure are my Credit Card details

We do not have access to your credit card details at any time. All transactions are handled by Sage Pay for your complete security.  Sage Pay process millions of secure payments each month for over 30,000 businesses.  The transaction is carried out by Sage Pay secure systems for your confidence.

Delivery details for UK customers

If you place your order before noon Monday to Friday it will be delivered the next working day.

For security all deliveries will be by courier.

All packages will need to be signed for. If no one is available the package will be taken back to the depot and a card left saying the courier called. They will try to deliver again. After two attempts an additional delivery charge will apply.

Delivery charge throughout the UK is £15.00

Hardware

System Requirements

Listed below are the minimum system requirements for computers and Pocket PC's using AMTECH software.

Computer (desktop or laptop)

Minimum computer and system requirements are:

  • Intel Pentium 4 (2.0 Ghz processor) 
  • 1 GB RAM (2GB recommended)
  • 1.5 GB free hard disk space
  • DVD drive
  • Mouse
  • Monitor: 1024x768 resolution – min 256 colours    
      (recommended 1280x1024)

Operating Systems

The following operating systems are supported:

  • Microsoft Windows XP SP3 or above - Home or Pro  (32 bit)
  • Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 or above (32 bit & 64bit)
  • Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium or above (32 bit & 64bit) 
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or above  (FastTest network installation)
    Please Note: Contract Master is only compatible with Windows Server 2003

An NTFS file system must be used (not FAT32)

The AMTECH product suite cannot be installed to a compressed drive

All antivirus and firewall software must be disabled prior to the installation

 

AMTECH Mobile Software

AMTECH Mobile software (FastTest Mobile and GasCert Mobile) require a PDA (Personal Data Assistant) or SmartPhone with touchscreen capabilities using a stylus and a minimum of 64Mb of memory, running Microsoft Windows Mobile 6, 6.1 or 6.5.

Microsoft ActiveSync V4.5 or Windows Mobile Device Centre is also required to transfer data to your desktop PC. See chart below:

AMTECH Mobile software is installed using a desktop or laptop PC.

All Mobile Software requires one copy of the same desktop version.

Please Note:
AMTECH Mobile software cannot be installed onto a PDA using a Palm, Apple or Blackberry operating system. Devices using the Windows Mobile 7 operating system are not compatible with AMTECH Mobile software.

 

Printers

It is essential that you are using a printer which is on the Microsoft 'Hardware Compatibility List' and that you obtain the most recent Printer Driver available for your printer from your printer manufacturer.
