Cancellation & Re-scheduling
There is no charge for re-scheduling to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify Amtech in writing more than 28 days before the start and that there is availability. However, a booking cannot be moved if your request to re-schedule is received less than 28 days before the start of the original course. No refund will be made in this situation. No more than one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email to sales@amtech.co.uk
If you need to cancel a course more than 28 days before the course date there will be an administration charge of £50 + VAT. There is no refund for courses cancelled less than 28 days before the start date.
Amtech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course after giving delegates on the course 7 days notice. In these situations every effort will be made to accommodate delegates on an alternative course or refund payment in full. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to Amtech then the course fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed.
Payment Terms
Payment is required 30 days from our invoice date. However should the course be scheduled within this 30 day period then payment should be made no later than 14 days prior the course date. The course fee covers training, course materials, certificate, lunch and refreshments during the day.
Training Validity
All training is valid for one year from the date of our invoice and should it not be used within twelve month timescale will be non-transferable to any future course dates outside of this period. No refund will be applicable either.
Special Requirements
Amtech will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the booking form.
Copyright of Amtech training materials
It is acknowledged that all intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain the sole property of Amtech and any copies made of course materials will be an infringement of copyright unless agreed in advance and in writing by Amtech.
Joining Instructions
Joining instructions including, venue location, map and local hotel details will be sent prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions three days before the training course date, please call 0800 028 28 28. Amtech will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.
Travel and Accommodation is the responsibility of the delegate and is not included in the price of the course. Amtech may supply information on local hotels and travel without prejudice.
Liability
Amtech does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Amtech.
